Nayana leads most of the activities, she has been exploring the nature of horses, the horse/human connection and our inner universe for decades now. She is also an aromatherapist and herbalist, working primarily with animals. She loves facilitating deeper conversations between humans, plants and horses and connecting more deeply with nature’s wisdom in this way.

In The Presence of Horses
Horses allow us to see ourselves in a new light when we meet them in their own world. Nayana will facilitate this meditative self-exploration as the horse herd invites you to be present, here and now, heart-connected, bathed in horse wisdom. Just through their gentle presence we can learn how to connect truthfully, be centred and responsive and flow with what is.

Making Medicine
We are surrounded by medicine if you know where to look, and how to use it. Here in our wild corner of Portugal it is abundant in the spring time. Humans have an ancient connection to plants, we have grown up with them, when we start to tune in to them again we reconnect with our inner medicine woman/man, and heal our body, mind and soul
