Awakening To Nature
Becoming intimate with the plant kingdom
8th to 12th of April 2027 with Nayana and OtE team
Come and spend 4 days in communion with the plant kingdom, through meditation, direct communication and making medicine. We are going to expand our intuitive pathways and take our natural place in the communicative universe in which we live through a deeper connection with the plants and trees
We are nature, and yet often we see nature as ‘other’.
In our current culture we often live lives disconnected from the rhythms of the earth and the stars and the community of plants. But we are all one, we evolved to feel the frequency of the earth and the plants and understand their messages.
In this gathering we will be connecting deeply with the plant kin, learning to hear their song, to know them intimately, how they can help us, and we can help them. We will let them guide us as we make medicine from their essence. So if you long to feel a deeper connection with the natural world and would like to learn to sense the subtle vibrations of the plants, and hear their song, or you if you long to just hang out with some wise old trees, come and join us

Let the horses bring you home!
2nd to 8th of May 2027 – with Nayana and the herd
For lifetimes you have been seeking here and there trying to find yourself. Through their presence, horses can reveal you to yourself and show you the way home. Come and spend a week with us in the Over the Edge Healing Sanctuary and reconnect to your heart and soul
In this gathering we will spend time in the company of this empowered herd. We will use meditation, energy awareness, self-reflection and IFS principles to learn about centering, clear communication, honest emotional expression and how you are already perfect as you are. There is no fixed agenda, as we will flow with the horses’ guidance and the group’s needs. Each day will include time with the horses, time in sharing circle, and time for you to relax and enjoy the unique OtE atmosphere.
Horses have accompanied us for millennia, our myths and religions are full of stories of their power and wisdom.
We have literally built this civilisation on their backs.
And all this time they have been wondering when we will be ready to come home to nature, waiting patiently with great big hearts beating, a rhythm that can transform a human. And more than that, horses relate to who we really are, not to who we pretend to be, real emotion and your honesty is what they seek, and will provoke, when you are with them, revealing yourself to yourself.

Would you like to reclaim your natural birthright and let your intuitive voice speak out? For millennia the feminine voice has been suppressed, it is time for us to step back
into our intuition and remember how to live a
heart-centred life fully aligned with nature.
We live in a communicative universe, the plants and animals are all in deep connection with each other and beyond.
Only humans have forgotten that it is their birthright too!
In this gathering we will use the mediums of interspecies communication, IFS, systemic constellation work,
and energy awareness to release ourselves from the cultural beliefs, ancient witch wounds and legacy burdens that stop us from trusting our intuitive sense and living truly aligned with the universe. We will release ourselves from the tyranny of the rational mind so our intuitive voice can speak loud and free.
Inter-species communication is a natural ability we are all born with, but it is schooled out of us, belittled as imagination, and you are considered weird if you talk to the plants and animals, so we pretend it isn’t happening.
This is a tragedy as it cuts us off from our heart and the living, breathing, communicative eco-system that is Gaia, this amazing planet we call home. With the help of your human guides, Nayana and Moumina you will find yourself in communion with the plants and animals in a new and deeper way.
This is a direct invitation from the animals, who are longing for us to come home and take up our natural place, connected to nature, guided by the Wisdom Voice within us all.

Nayana
Nayana is a lifelong meditator and horses have been some of her wisest teachers. She has had the great good fortune of spending most of her life in their company. She first realised horses could teach humans how to be present, centered, clear and compassionate in the 1980s and developed a way of teaching that incorporated this. She is also a certified IFS coach, animal communicator, aromatherapist and herbalist.
Moumina
Moumina has been leading workshops and trainings all over the world for over 40 years. She specialises in Pulsation (neo-Reichian emotional release breathwork), Neo-Reichian body type reading, Star Sapphire psychic energywork and Family Constellation therapy.
Moumina has a magical way of creating a safe atmosphere in which to express the deep-seated emotions that can lead to real transformation.
